Ingredients:
Cauliflower Crust
5 cups riced cauliflower
3 large eggs
¾ tsp salt
Buffalo Chicken
¾ lb. rotisserie chicken breast, without skin, shredded
2 tbsp hot sauce
4 scallions, finely chopped
3 tbsp reduced-fat blue cheese crumbles
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded, reduced-fat mozzarella
Directions
Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 425⁰F for 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
In a kitchen towel, squeeze the cauliflower to remove excess moisture. Mix together the cauliflower with the eggs and salt.

While the crust bakes, prepare the buffalo chicken topping. Toss all of the topping ingredients, except the mozzarella cheese, together in a bowl.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and evenly spread the buffalo chicken on top, and then sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese. Bake pizza at 400⁰F for about 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.

I Liked being able to track my food!! It was very very helpful!!!
I prefer the original optavia app, I thought the recipe app was much better, I liked how you could change the servings, I just thought it was much easier to navigate.
Can you add the feature on this app where you can change the serving size like on the Optavia app? That was such an amazing feature.
It would be helpful if the web page was modified so that the recipes can be downloaded and saved electronically
