Total Time: 10 minutes

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise

  • 1 small pickle, diced

  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard

  • 1 small whole wheat tortilla or wrap

  • 1 large lettuce leaf, like butter or green leaf lettuce

  • 2 - 3 oz. cooked turkey or chicken breast, cut strips or thinly sliced

  • 1, (1-oz.) slice reduced-fat cheese, such as cheddar or swiss

  • 1 slice tomato

  • 1 small piece of seasonal fruit, like an apple, banana, or orange

Directions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, pickle and mustard together in a small bowl.

  2. Place tortilla (or wrap) on a flat surface. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top. Add the lettuce leaf next, then place the turkey (or chicken), cheese, and tomato on top of the lettuce.

  3. Roll into a wrap, then cut in half. Serve with a piece of fresh fruit.

Tip: Use leftover cooked turkey or chicken breast and cut into thin strips or slices.

Rotisserie chicken works well too, or if using deli meat, look for low or

reduced-sodium options.
